Fees:
I am glad to work out fee arrangements with
my clients to meet their personal situations, as well as considering the nature of their cases and any applicable laws governing
attorney fees.
Fee arrangements may involve a flat fee
(sometimes payable in installments), an hourly fee, a contingency fee (percentage of recovery), or a combination of the above.
Cases involving the Department of Veterans
Affairs, for example, are subject to some rather unique rules on attorney fees.
